As an artist these are some of the best colored pencils I have ever used. The weight and feel in your hand is perfect. With 48 unique colors, the variety gives you the opportunity for depth and detail in your drawings. The color goes on incredibly smoothly. They layer and blend with ease. While they're perfect for any artist these colored pencils are great for anyone. When I opened them my daughter described them as "magical".

I cannot express how impressed I am with these colored pencils. The colors are bright, crisp, and vibrant. The color variety is incredible. From an artist standpoint these color pencils could easily be used for professional drawings. They are easy to layer and blend. The color goes down smoothly. The only negative I had with them is the hexagonal shape of the pencil itself hurts after prolonged use for me personally. I prefer rounded pencils.
